I have an Access 2000 database where I have a Project Status Field and Archive fields.
Each time the Status is updated then the Status field info is copied to archive field.

Like this:
Status data is updated and the old status field info is copied to Archive field 1 and the Archive field 1 (archive1) info was copied to arcive field 2 (archive2) info etc..

My question is this the best way to archive info?
I only need to archive the last 10 status entries so I now have 9 archive fields (archive1, archive2, archive3 etc..)

Please advise.
