Archive Folders Nto Being Created

I am working in Notes Version 6.5.2.
When I archive user's Notes .nsf files, sometimes the folder does not get created in the archive, and all e-mails that were in the original folder get dumped into the archive's All Documents Folder.
I have tried running the Fixup, and Upgrade Folder Design on both the original and archive files. That didn't seem to do anything.
Even after I manually create the folder in the archive area, future archiving does not copy the e-mails into the folders.
Is there something else I can do to correct this?

I have the same trouble, I don't understand it. I upgraded clients from 6.5.2 --> 6.5.3 --> 6.5.4 and this didn't solve the issue

Check if the not processed folders are PRIVATE. If so, the server will (and should) have trouble reading them, hence no transfer of the FOLDER info. The DOCUMENTS on the other hand will (and should) be transferred if the terms are there, but then located in ALL DOCUMENTS view...

Thank you for the information. I don't believe that the folders are private, but I will check.
