I have set up archiving in Outlook, this has now archived a number of emails etc to a .pst file. When I have done this previously an "Archive Folder" has appeared in my folder list so that I can still access the emails but this hasn't happened this time. Does anyone know how I can make the archive folders appear in the folder list.

Thanks in advance

Depending on your version of Outlook, you should be able to go to the file menu, select Open, Outlook Data File, locate the file and select open. It will then appear in your folder list on the left pane.

If for any reason you do not have folders in the left pane but instead of the cludgy Outlook Bar (giant Inbox, Calendar, Task, icons), go to your menu and select "View" and Select "Folder List". In the same menu, de-select "Outlook Bar".

The archive file is found in the following locatino be default...
(your profile location)\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\archive.pst

I hope that helps.
