Archive - Automatic Scheduling

As a test, I setup the automatic archiving on my Notes account. It runs at 11:15am, and works just great, except that it also runs 3 times at 12:01 pm, and once at 3:15 pm. I'm not sure why it runs those other times.
Is there a place in the Domino Admin, where the automatic archiving tasks are listed, with the run times?

Both the Notes Server, and my client is running 6.5.5.

The number of times this automatic archiving runs is increasing, and I do not know why? It now runs over 10 times a day. The first time it copies over several e-mails, but of course the additional runs copy zero e-mails.
I only want this to run once a day for each user.

I would like to get a handle on this automatic archving. Please let me know if there is an area that I can display, and show the times that automatic archiving will run for all users or just myself.
