ARC Serve registration problem

during installation i'm getting errors that my trial period is over although i know it's fully registered. besides that i'm asked for both Workgroup and Advanced edition registration codes. Full uninstall obviously didn't completely remove everything because during a re-install i'm getting the same problem.

Anyone ever had this or knows how to solve this?

You need to register for either advanced edn or workgroup edn. STOP the event log watch service and then rename ca_lic folder and then run silent.bat from arcserve cd and register the product.
