Anyone know how to fix this problem? I can't get it to back up data base files. I log in as admin and creat the jobs with admin rights. Don't say upgrade to service pack 4 because I know someone else with the same problem and they upgraded the arc serve to sp4 and still had the same problem. This thing is driving me crazy.
