Arc Serc 2000 doing nothing...

Hi @ all,

we have here a little prob at hand ...
We are running w2k Server with active terminal services...
I planed ato backup all date every day of the week, this worked for about a week, then I got a message that the job had crashed...
So I deleted it and planed a new one...
So far I used my terminal server loging via ISDN...
After that the backup won't start...
When I login I can plan jobs and arc serv shows no prob...
But when I check the tape an the logs nothing happened...
So I thought maybe I shouldn't use the terminal service login and start the job in the office...
When I then loged my self in I can plan a job but ca 3 sec after I start the job the jobprocess goes offline and won't restart until I delete the job I just have planed...

Anyone any ideas???

I believe this problem was fixed with one of their service packs....

why dont you apply sp4 onto your arcserve and check again..
