ARC/ DTMF tonse

We are currently using ARC/ IDL as our SWB. Our operators extend some calls to the voice mail system where they will direct the caller into the a voice mail box using DTMF. On our old TDM we could do this but it seems to be missing from ARC - Any ideas can it be done, it is manual process or auto
