arc 6.5 b620 weekly b/u doesn't run, but no error in job log

Hello

Arcserve 6.5 build 620 running on SBS 4.5 - NT4 box.

Job is scheduled to run nightly at 11:45 PM, pruning and full backup Mon - Friday.

Prune job runs without error each night. Backup job does not kick off, NOTHING is reported in the logs.

I have been around the block a few times, but I have not seen this before. Any ideas?????
