Is there is any way to make an English photoshop 7 version writes in Arabic

You need to have an ARABIC font set installed on your computer. And an INPUT Method editor in order to type the text into PS. OR, the cheat way is to write your text up in MS WORD (or wordpad) in that character/font set, copy and then make a text layer with that font set and paste the text into that layer. I do this all the time with Japanese text.
