AR Statement report

Hi All,

Am getting the following message when printing customer statement report'You have unfinished statements.Do you want to finish them now?'

When i say no and print it gives the following error message 'Error generating statement'

On reprinting it prints but not the latest information.

Ver 5.2A service pack 3
DB pervasive

I have two questions.

1.Whats the course of this issue as not long ago they were printing there statements okay?

2.Is there a simpler way of doing it like from the DB because when the user says yes there are so many reports to print as far back as 2007.

1. A user didn't finish the previous statement
2. The old statements aren't being printed, just one recent one

This whole thing is not a big deal, it happens all the time, there's no database hack required.
