AR option fields - Lease1, Lease2, Lease3 which table are they from?

Hello All,
I am trying to find out which table the following fields are from.

On the A/R Invoice Entry form there is an "Optional Fields" tab. On this tab there is an optional fields column and it has three values - Lease1, Lease2, Lease3.

Does anyone know which table these fields are on?
I've looked through the following tables and cannot find them ARCUS, ARIBC, ARIBH, ARIBT, ARRBC, ARRTA and CSCCD.

Which version of Accpac?
It depends on the version, but try CSOPT* - this has the optional fields setup information.
If you are looking for the data related to the optional fields then look in
Pre 5.3: ARIBH
5.3+: ARIBHO, ARIBDO

Hello All,
With further searching I have found the Optional Fields conversion utility. That's the good news the bad news is I cannot find anything that says where these optional fields are being held.

For example
App. ID = AR
Conv. ID = INVOICE6
New Opt. Field = LEASE1

As near as I can figure out there are three optional fields in the A/R Invoice Entry form. The field names are Lease1, Lease2, Lease3. These three fields need to be added to a non-datapipe report (I'm at home and do not have the report name with me). The ARIBHO and ARIBDO tables are not part of the linked tables for this report. So, I have been hunting around looking to find out where these fields are located.

That is when I found the Optional Field conversion utility and grasping at straws I figure this is what I am looking for.

The worst of it is that these fields were on this report prior to the upgrade to 5.4a. We forgot that Accpac overwrites existing reports when upgrading.

1. Stop grasping at straws, you will get splinters in your hands. The Optional Field conversion utility is not the right place to look.
2. The reports are not overwritten in the upgrade, they are still there, look in the folder for the older AR version.
3. There was a major change in the way optional fields work from version 5.3 onwards.
4. If the optional fields are on the AR invoice header (which I assume it is), then use ARIBHO to get the optional field values.
5. If the optional fields are on AR invoice details then use ARIBDO to get the optional field values.
6. You need to use a subreport to print the optional field values on your reports.
