AR Customer statements

Hi All,

I am printing a customer statement as of 31/12/2013,it gives me the message 'There are no records in the specified range.
'
But when i reprint as of the same date the last statement date is 18/12/2013 and there transactions from that date to 31/12/2013.

Why cant i get the statement as of 31/12/2013.

Reprint is not the same as print.
