AR Aging Report Not Matching

We are running the aging report and the reference match the apply-to and zero-out but they still show on the report. When we look in customer history view it shows the data correctly. Is there a file validation or something we do? We did a support ticket and they want to rebuild the tables but want to do some research into the issue before that happens.

If the amount match on a real apply to number, then they should not show. Rebuild may not be a bad idea, first thought is running a currency reset. Alway make sure you have a good backup before running any processes. Also a good idea to make sure you have a good backup each and every day.
 
AR Aging or AP aging? Progression or Macola ES/Macola 10? You shpuld never ask a question without providing this info.

In
progression, if you click on the "show open items only" checkbox, in AP or AR, it will not show fully paid items.

Rebuilding the tables will not help here IMO.

sorry for the delayed response, investigation took forever. There was a file validation issue that was corrected with a SQL Script. The reference number did not match another reference number which was required.
