Hi,
We use Seagate Info 7.5 to report on call information on several (6, eventually to grow to 9) Aspect CallCenter ACDs. We have two APSs running in a cluster (on the same network switch), Info Report Servers at the 6 remote locations, the CINFO database resides on an Oracle server here at our Data Center, and the Input and Output directories sit on a Windows 2000 instance on a Netapp filer (also at the Data Center). We have been experiencing a problem where one of the APSs will drop out of the cluster, but seemingly just 'halfway'. The Info Sentinel and Info APS services continue running, and it appears to continue to take work...but it does nothing with the jobs. If you try to stop one of the these jobs on the Info Desktop, nothing happens. Sometimes we do see errors in the Application Log that mention either mapping errors or the inability to see the SI\Cache directory on the other APS. Other times the only message we see is "*** ClusterStreamListener thread(1840) quitting . Connection broken! ". This is (usually) followed by a message or two that the Cluster Manager is shutting down, but not always immediately. Has anyone experienced these types of problems? And if so, have you found a cure or a workaround? Any input will be most appreciated! Thx.
