Apps security reports in Discoverer

Hi all,
we have Oracle ERP 11i and recently strared using Discoverer to create some ad-hoc reports. We created Apps login EUL and I migrated report which was run with db user access to this EUL. To test it i ran it with user who does not have access to a certain region for this region. Report came back... It should not have, since this user should not have had access. Does anyone know if I need to include any apps functions to verify security for the username or else?
