Apps security in Discoverer

Hi, all!
We use Oracle ERP 11i and recently started using Discoverer within Portal. There are number of reports that werre written for the db user login,but we want to roll it out to the apps users. For thuis we set up an apps login EUL, which works fine up to the login part! Users can log in , but their responsibility seems to be ignored. Is three any way to invoke them or may be the set up is not corect? Any tips are appreciated Apps login EUL !
