I would suggest that you create application lists that will populate with agents that are handling calls within those applications. That way at one time you can see how many agents are handling calls within that application. All you would do is to filter each table with the application number or group you are looking at.
What I proposed is to make a table of agents on calls so basically you have the first name and last name and the agent extension and it is populated only with calls in the talk or hold state. The filter for table would be the application number or application numbers that way what you would see on your canvas is various tables that would show agents popping on and off when they are taking calls. Does that make sense?
