Approver in Cisco Works 2000

hi - Im trying to set up an account in cw2000 on windows. setting up basic accounts is fine - but id like this account to have approver rights i.e. when a netconfig job runs -they need to approve it.
i have ticked the approver box in the admin section and have filled out details such as their email address etc. but they are not notified when a job is raised
anyone have any ideas - all ideas appreciated.

Have you configured the smtp server name or address in the system preferences of LMS ?
