Approach file load

Some time ago,I set up an approach application which was loaded just by clicking on the approach short-cut icon (without going to the 'select file to open') Unfortunately I have forgotten how to set this up, can anyone help me please?

Edit the shortcut and add the name of the Approach file to the line, for example:

C:\Lotus\Approach\Approach.exe myapp.apr
