Appointments - Re-occuring schedule 1

Is there an easy way to copy appointments to different days?

For example, if our staff meetings are each Weds @ 9:am - and I've already scheduled this weeks - with the calendar view open, the simple copy/paste won't work to copy it to next Weds, the following Weds, etc.... I can move it, but would like the easy way to copy it.

In the new appointment screen click on the little calender next to the "Start date:" field, then click on auto-date, then hold the ctrl key down and click on the dates you want to post it to while holding it down. There is a more elegant way using forms but that is the simplest way.

Ack, meant formulas not forms, check the other two tabs in the auto date screen and play with it a bit. You will be an expert at it in no time.
