Appointment to 1 user duplicated to all recipients. 1

We have an issue with calendar dates, when using Outlooks calendar to invite 'one particular' recipient to pending meetings, it notifies everybody requesting that they reply on behalf of that recipient; read reciepts indicate that the intended recipient has read the appointment multiple times. The from field shows 'Un-intended Recipient' on behalf of; 'Recipient'

This is only happening with one person, this person has no rules or macros set-up. Any ideas?

I take it you have checked that there are no names in the 'Delegates' box under TOOLS>OPTIONS in the users outlook?

Whys it always something simple? Another lesson learn't, only a few more thousand and I'll have this IT stuff cracked!
