Appointment Requests Sending To Unwanted Users

When someone from the helpdesk sends an appointment request specifically to one or two people, it is also sending to one or two other people within the helpdesk. There is no distrobution list causing this, and no one is in the others delegates lists. Why or what is causing this? Can it be fixed? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
