Appointment Reminder Software/Hardware

Looking for a basic automated appointment reminder call out software that integrates with IPO. We need the service to dial a list of calls from the database and play a recorded message telling them their appointment date and time with the option to zero out to a hunt group for assistance.

I looked at NMS Adaptive, but they cannot play the message piece.
