Does anyone know why an accepted appointment will change from gray to white (available) upon re-entry to GroupWise? It's odd, and I can't seem to find a connecting thread. Any help would be most appreciated, thanks!

White entries are appts for which you are a "cc" recipient and will show as available in a busy search on your calendar. Are you saying that one or more appts are actually changing from gray to white when you exit and then re-enter GW? If it was only one (or one recurring appt), is it possible the sender resent the invite, having changed you to a "cc" recipient?

Actually, this happens quite often when someone is on the 'To:' list. When they're a 'cc' and supposed to be white, they are...but sometimes when they're supposed to be gray, they're white!
