Here is a scenario that seems to occur after an, admittedly rare, set of circumstances are met.
A Notes user has a delegated authority on their mail account. This delegated authority sets up a repeating meeting with a number of invitees. Subsequently, another invitee (BlackBerry user) is required at the meeting, is added to the list of invitees and invitations are sent. All is well at this stage and the new invitee has the meeting scheduled on both his notes calendar and his blackberry.
Now, if the original delegated authority issues a reschedule notice for the meeting and the BlackBerry user accepts (Using his notes calendar), the meeting, although rescheduled correctly on Notes, will never be rescheduled on the BlackBerry and no amount of synchronising, rebuilding of calendar, reinstallation of software etc. can make it appear at the rescheduled time.
I will admit that Notes does behave unpredictably when delegated authorities, repeating meetings and reschedule notices are involved, but wondered if anyone can suggest anything I can try (Especially as the user concerned is our new IT director!).
