AppManager.... Need to delete an entry

Does anyone use AppManager on a Unix box? If so we have an entry in AppManager on one of our boxes that is stopping it in its tracks. We use AppManager to stop and start software applications at boot time. I need to edit or delete the entry that is causing us problems..
