Applying a format to every other group

In CR8.5, is there a way to apply a background color to a group that displays on every other item in the grouping?

ex:

group #1
line 1 shaded
line 2 not shaded
line 3 shaded
line 4 not shaded

See thread149-477939. It worked for me with CR8.5 using CR08V36 connection to Oracle
