i have a database with about 2000 records in, i want to be able to

ctrl + F, Find what? Find "PE"

instead of flicking through each PE wherever it comes, can i get it to filter out all the PEs and show them on a seperate table? thanks

That's kinda like what queries do. You can right click in a field and enter *PE* in the search box. This will create a filter on your table for records containing PE in the field.
