apply changes to other charts

When I have several charts in my CR 8 report, I make changes to one of them. I go to Chart on the menu but the "Apply changes to other charts" is greyed out.

Any ideas?

I believe that the apply changes to other charts means that it changes the display of the same chart in other groups, not that it will change other charts in the report.
