I have policies to OUs. Now I also need policies to a specific computer.

How can I set it?

Put that computer in it's own separate OU? Group Policies will only apply to OUs, not to individual leaf nodes.

You could filter the policy using security groups, take a look at this link under the Deploying SP2 to Specific Security Groups section.
