In case this helps anyone: App Loader does not show any software available for an AT&T 7280, even after loading their 7200 software. I have an open ticket with RIM on this. They found that the vendor.xml file (in c:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion, I think it was Loader Files) is in error. Their suggested workaround was deleting that XML file. I found this works sometimes, but not always.

I'll post the final resolution once they provide it.
