Applikation Loading 5330

Hi.

I found a thread about above but not a sollution. I have a customer that has 4 5330 phones with applikations loading. the phones can be used but no softkeys show up.

system is 3300 Mxe software release, latest 4.0. any tip why they say app loading.

the phones are connected on the lan sida.

The system waits for a few things to be 'ready' before it will download the application to the 5330 sets, one of those things is voicemail. Have you checked the system logs to make sure that nothing else has failed it's startup?

Do you have any applications configure within the users profile... if that app is curropt then it will cause the phone to hang on "applications loading"... I would recommend resetting all the applications and screen saver feature to blank and try again?

The 5330's will boot from an internal bootload if the TFTP download fails. It will stick at Application Loading but function otherwise.

Do you have 5330's that are working properly?

Hi. Nothing is configured for the user on the phone execpt the ordinary, no html apps or anything.

Yes I do have working 5330 phones on the site.

I will check the logs.
