Got an interesting puzzler here:
Running OTG's ApplicationXtender v4.20.x on MetaFrame XPs. (AX allows you to scan documents in an image file, then view the image files so you don't have to shuffle papers... very cool.)
Problem I am having is that we have some documents (all from one client) that are sent to us in PDF format. The PDFs are put in as attachments (since they're already digital, can't scan 'em...) When AX is installed locally on a client PC, it then starts Adobe Acrobat Reader when the image is supposed to be displayed, so the document can be viewed.
With AX installed on Citrix, Adobe Acrobat TRIES to run (I get the splash screen), but the document is never displayed! Nothing shows in the event logs, either...
Task Mansger shows that Adobe Acrobat Reader actually does run, but you never see the window. If Reader is run manuallty, it runs OK... but if you start Reader and then try to display the image in AX, you get nothing.
Ideas?
