Applications that will work with RDP on a multipoint serve

I am going to be setting up a multipoint server in a domain and need to know what applications will work with RDP. The MS Office is sorted as its a corporate licence edition, but I am interested in using VISIO, ADOBE Acrobat and others.

is there a reference anywhere that provides this information? or am I going to have to go to every manufacturer to find out?
