Applications that use information in the cube

Hi - I developed a cube and want to know some ways on how you get the information out to employees -

I know excel is one tool to query off the cube. In addition, I started looking at reporting services but am seeing that it is talking a long time to process the request. Any other ideas on how to allow users to use the cube(s) that has been created - load analyis services on the production machine without any other SQL components - any other ideas?

Hi Angela,

There are many third party applications that allow you browse the Analysis Services cubes. Many of them are on the high end of the price spectrum.

I've found that building your own application is the best way to expose the data to your employees. Here is a link to get you started,
