Applications not showing up in Reports in Web Client

On some machines all Applications are not showing up in historical reporting. I can go to a different machine, login with the same user info and the Applications are there. I cleared the cache on the machines but I still have the problem. Has anyone else had this problem?

Did you ever resolve this problem? Are you using the web client or the classic client? What version are you running?

There are filters for what you do and don't want people to be able to see on the Web Client. They call them "Partitions" on the user ID. You can restrict agents, applications, ect... Are you using the same user ID to log into all these machines or are you using different ID's at each machine.

If its the same I don't know what to tell you. I've never seen the same ID restricted by different machines.
