Hi, I have the program Foxpro 2.5b and I made an application that it name is subject.app, I saved in the hard disk but I dont know now how to edit that application.

An .APP or .EXE file is created from a Project file (.PJX & .PJT). This table points at all the "source" code files that are used to create the .APP. The source files include programs (.PRG), screens (.SCX & .SCT), reports (.FRX & .FRT), menus (.MNX & . MNT), as well as others. Without the source files, you won't be able to "edit" the application. Note: If you purchased the rights to the source and don't have them, then you may be able to recover most (some?) of it using a product like ReFox.

To continue on a little further with Rick's (rgbean's) above explanation....

When you say that: "I have the program Foxpro 2.5b and I MADE an application that it name is subject.app"

You, yourself cannot MAKE a real, working SUBJECT.APP file. Foxpro's Project Builder must make it for you.

You can personally make the program files (PRG's), screens (SCX, SCT files), reports (FRX & FRT files), menus (MNX & MNT files), etc. and they can then be combined into either a .APP or .EXE file with the Project Builder.

Assuming that you have developed (or you have copies of) the files which go into the Project Builder to create the working SUBJECT.APP program, then you can also edit those files. Once you have made the appropriate edits, then you re-create the .APP program through the Project Builder again.

Good Luck,
