My employer has around 15 permanent car parking spaces with about 30 company car drivers. The only fair way to allocate spaces is on a first come first serve basis and they have to ring in and book times and spaces, but this is taking up a lot of time for our internal staff

Has anyone any idea of an application / web site which users could log onto and book? Ideally, the user would have to log on and then book a space of their choice for a time of their need. Once booked, only that user could change or cancel the booking. We all have access to Lotus Notes

You could create accounts for each space with calendar entries and allow users to schedule it using the Lnotes Calendar.

One of the main problems that I could see here is that drivers would have to log onto each a/c before checking which spaces (if any) are available.

Any ideas how to get around this?
