Application to run my linux environment under windows OS

Hi Guys,

I have dual boot OS, which is linux mandriva 10 and windows XP. I just wanna ask whether there is any application that can run my linux environment under windows OS by doing ssh or whatever?

So, I still have linux handy and if I wanna play games under windows I don't have to restart my OS.

I use VMware server for this.

I already installed the VMware, but the thing is windows couldn't detect my linux partition.
Because I installed linux in different partition than windows.

So when VMware asking about the Guest OS, I couldn't point it. And they asked me to install the linux operating system

Just wanna ask you, whether you installed linux after you installed VMware or before ? If before, how do you configure the VMware to your linux operating system partition ?

I installed VMware, created a virtual disk (on my Windows drive), and then installed Linux on that. I believe you should be able to point a virtual machine at an existing physical disk though, you just need to configure your virtual machine in such a way that it can find that physical disk. I say "just"... it sounds simple, but I haven't done it myself.
