Application to edit .VAP files - Embedded VM 1

Hi All,

Is anyone aware of a program that will allow me to edit the embedded voicemail indexed voice files under /vmail/c/vm/prompts/english.uk/

vte.vap
vtn.vap
vtp.vap

These files contain all the generic prompts and numbers etc.. on the embedded voicemail. From what I can tell they are indexed VOX files. I can play them with Audacity but can't edit or view the index.
