application starts at 0 or 1 ring

Hi all
I have built an app and tested it. the problem I have is that it rings 4 times before the app starts up. I need this to pick up after the number is dialed or after the first ring.
From old post I got two answers. Build an ACD and point it to the app number and the other is to build a phantom and set rco to 0.
At the moment it rings four times before the app starts. Haven't had a lot of luck with a phantom.

In LD 15 chg the CFN0 in rdr block to 1 instead of 4
