Application Set launches desktop, doesn't show apps

I've never seen this one before. Any help would be appreciated:
I've got a new 2 Server XPa farm on 2000. Apps are published, and everything is great on 200Prof clients. When I try to connect with W9x and the latest ICA client, weirdness begins.

I go to 'Find new Application Set', It finds the farm, but when I click on the new farm icon, instead of showing me the published apps in the PN window, it launches a desktop sesssion.

Now, on some 95 clients, as soon as I double-click on PN.exe, it tries to launch a desktop session. Any ideas?

...well, I noticed it started happening on the Win2K machines as well. So for grins I tried restarting the IMA service, and that fixed it.
Go figure...

Have you applied the hotfix for the IMA service, XE000015?
