Application Server Upgrade from R11.0 to R11.0.4.4 Cannot Access (.iso)

Hello all,

So I just upgraded our in-house Application server by creating a bootable USB with the "Upgrade" Selected.

I reboot my server and selected the drive and everything appeared to upgrade successfully. I can still ping the server however I cannot get to

https://172.30.20.2:7070

or

https://172.30.20.2:7071

and phones say voicemail is not running.

Thoughts?

I got impatient and just did a Fresh R11.0.4.4 Install and restored from my Backup done on my spare Application Server.
