Hi!

Can a Citrix server be in Remote Administration mode and still accept as many ICA connection as is licensed for (Citrix concurrent licenses) or is there any limitations as with RDP?

(In RDP, if the server is in remote administration mode, it only allows 2 concurrent connections)

Best regards,
Chris

A Terminal Server in Remote Admin mode will only allow 2 connections, as you have identified. You could add 1,000 Citrix licenses to that server, but it will only allow 2 logins, because it is the Microsoft O/S that handles authentication. A Citrix Server depends on a configured O/S in order to issue sessions.

I hope this clarifies the issue (and doesn't seem too patronising! :))
