Application screen disappears

Hi, Users are experiencing intermitent screen loss of an application that they connect to via Metaframe. They connect through IE with an ip addresss and then go through an autentication screen. Once into our local app, they navigate from screen to screen. On ocassion the screen they are trying to get to will pop up and then disappear and for all intense and purpose, the session is lost to the user even though it shows as active in the console manager view of sessions for the citrix server.
Anyone else experiencing this? Any suggestions or resolutions?
