Hi

I have installed CS1000e Rls 6.0 and AACC 6.2 in AML.

I am getting the 15 min interval in the application performance report for the service level, but i need to have the report in 60 mins format. It is possible by using RCW.

Appreciate if anyone help me to configure the same.

Regards

I use Crystal Reports for adjustments like that, but RCW should also work.

First make a copy of the report: dm-app1.rpt
The file can be found in the following CCMA map: d$\ProgramFiles\NortelNetworks\WClient\Apps\Reporting\Historical\rpt\CS1000 (M1)
Open the copy in RCW, the "grouping" of the "iApplicationStat.Timestamp" now has to change; go to the 'Grouping' section and change the 'Group Field Properties' to: "The section will be printed: For each hour".
Save the file, import it into historical reporting and TEST if all values are correct!
