application peg counts in reporter...help

so we have this great option reporter but i cant find a way to run report to find how many calls hit it ? what report title will do this

How many calls hit what? The CallPilot in total, a particular application, productivity report? You have to set the start time and end time for reports then run them. Let us know. Here's an idea, read the CD for callpilot reporter and all will be answered.

You would want to run a multimedia report. You will need to know the application ID and the name of the block you want the information on, then select your time frame.
