Application minimizes to system tray

Several users have experienced an issue in Citrix when launching applications; apparently when an application is lauched, it will immediately minimize to the system tray where it cannot be maximized again.

Has anyone experienced this?

in the application apperance for each published appl, under the properities window make sure application startup settings. maximize appl. at startup is checked
