There is a bunch of stuff out there so the question is how much are you willing to spend! I'm on a similar search right now as well and I would suggest Untangle.
Its a free open source Linux/Unix distro that has great web filtering and reporting and also has LDAP support if you want to report and restrict by user name.
websense, blue coat, surf control, Smooth wall, DansGaurdian, just to name a few others.
